How many players do you know that were talented enough to make it to the next level but never did?

Erick Olivas, also known as "Spike17" for his spiky hair and #17 high school jersey number, was a premier UYSA player in Utah who believed had the potential to play at the next level. As it is the case with many players, his dream did not come true and was left heartbroken.

Aside from the "pay to play" controversy in the United States for young athletes, he believed that if he had just gotten the proper exposure to college & professional academy coaches, his opportunities would have been a lot greater.

Now, being a firm believer of creating opportunities rather than waiting for them -- Spike17's mission is to spike the exposure of Utah's top youth footballers (aka the 801 Elite) through social media content.
